The connection between businessman Antonio Revilla and the Spanish royal family: his ties

Businessman Antonio Revilla (Madrid, 1992) has shed the title of "golden bachelor." According to "La familia de la tele", Revilla has started a new relationship with influencer Mar Torres (Madrid, 1999).  Torres has already been linked to the Spanish Royal Family, since she had a romance with Froilán, son of Infanta Elena.

For several months, the grandson of businessman Emiliano Revilla has remained in the news. Especially because of his high-profile romances with figures such as influencer Laura Matamoros or actress Hiba Abouk. The latter has premiered "Eva y Nicole", her latest series.

Antonio Revilla has once again burst onto the media front page. Last May, the businessman visited the island of Menorca accompanied by marketing expert and influencer Mar Torres.

This getaway was confirmed after a photo of both of them at Barajas Airport (Madrid) was published. Later, it was Mar herself who posted a story on her Instagram profile with Antonio Revilla in a car. Currently, the influencer has "closed" her profile and keeps it private.

Neither party has confirmed the alleged romance. However, as has emerged, both could continue their affair, which brings together two major dynasties of the national food industry.

Mar Torres's Link to the Spanish Royal Family

Mar Torres belongs to one of the fortunes at the top of the national business world. The young woman is the granddaughter of food industry businessman Tomás Fuertes Fernández, founder of El Pozo sausages. For the past three years, her uncle Rafael Fuertes has been at the helm of the company.

Mar's parents are Juan Torres-Fontes Suárez and María del Mar Fuertes Quintanilla. Her father came into the media spotlight after being involved in a "legal mess" that took place in 2010. Juan Torres went to testify as a suspect in an alleged money laundering crime at the Murcia City Council.

This legal case was opened some time after Juan Torres ended his marriage with Mar's mother. At that time, the young woman was living in the Spanish capital with her mother and Marta Torres, her sister.

The young woman's life took a radical turn in 2014.  That year, Mar was studying at a boarding school in Sigüenza where she met Froilán, firstborn of Infanta Elena. It was then that both started a romantic relationship, which made Mar Torres a target for the media.

The romance was in the media from the beginning. The couple was followed everywhere they went. From a dinner to a concert. Their relationship was marked by ups and downs.  Finally, they broke up in 2020.

Both went their separate ways. Now, Mar Torres has become a regular figure in the pages of the celebrity press. As for her professional career, according to her Linkedin profile, Mar worked as an administrative secretary at Residencia Club de Campos (Murcia).

In 2022, she did an internship at Fripozo S.A and in 2024 worked as an intern in the marketing department at El Pozo Alimentación S.A. Two years later, she left Spain and headed to Boston, where she completed a master's in communication and marketing at Suffolk University.

Regarding her love life, interestingly, in August 2024 the young woman reportedly traveled to Ibiza accompanied by chef and businessman Benji Aparicio. He is the ex-partner of Laura Matamoros, who in turn had a romance with Antonio Revilla, now linked to Mar Torres.

Antonio Revilla's Love Life

Antonio Revilla is one of the most sought-after figures at the top of the national business world. However, he has always kept a discreet profile.

They say he is a born conqueror. In 2020, he began a relationship with influencer Laura Ribot, with whom he spent long periods in Mallorca. The Balearic island is one of Antonio Revilla's favorite places.

As a result of that relationship, Mateo, their only child together, was born. But Antonio Revilla is also the father of a girl. Her identity became public through Revilla's Instagram profile, although he has now made it private.

The relationship between Ribot and Revilla ended discreetly. Later, TV host Patricia Conde or model and ex-partner of Globalia CEO Javier Hidalgo, Sol González, became some of the conquests of Emiliano Revilla's grandson.

Coincidentally, Sol González is a close friend of influencer Laura Matamoros. With the latter, Antonio Revilla ended his relationship last October.

A relationship that, apparently, ended abruptly. Supposedly, Antonio Revilla might have wanted to win Laura back when he had already met Hiba Abouk. But, as has emerged, Matamoros had closed the door to any kind of contact with Antonio.

A month later, there was no doubt. Antonio Revilla and Hiba Abouk confirmed their romance. A romance that seemed very solid.

The couple was seen at a movie theater or shopping at a well-known mall in Pozuelo de Alarcón, where Hiba was accompanied by her children. Also at the concert of singer Niña Pastori.

Antonio Revilla and Hiba Abouk said goodbye to 2024 in love. However, in March 2025 the couple broke up, to the surprise of many.

Now, the love life of the grandson of the "all-powerful" Emiliano Revilla has returned to the media spotlight. All because of an alleged romance that could unite two of the great dynasties of the national food industry.
