Juan Carlos I 'makes peace' with the royal family in 'Reconciliation', his memoirs

It's now official. Juan Carlos I will publish his memoirs at the end of 2025. This work is titled "Reconciliation" (Grupo Planeta). According to sources close to the royal circle cited by Elcierredigital.com, "with his memoirs, Juan Carlos I wants to clean up his image and win back his immediate family." These same sources emphasize that another of his goals is  "to acknowledge and elevate Queen Sofía's role."

It's important to mention that the publication of Juan Carlos I's memoirs will take place just a few months after the vedette Bárbara Rey has released "Yo, Bárbara". In this autobiography, the actress from Murcia has revealed immediate details of her affair with Juan Carlos I. This episode has once again put Juan Carlos I in the spotlight and tarnished much of his reign.
