Pol Noguerol (1999) is a Galician who resides in Madrid and is passionate about sports, especially football. Galicia and Deportivo, 'his Deportivo,' have shaped him both as a person and as a communications professional. It was precisely this team that inspired him to pursue this field, to share what he loves: sports.
Santiago de Compostela provided him with the foundation to become a journalist, with a brief one-year stint in Buenos Aires, although the pandemic cut part of the experience short. He completed his education in Madrid with a Master's in Sports Journalism, and Diario AS gave him the opportunity to learn how to tell stories, and to tell them better, over the course of a year. He also worked at El Progreso de Lugo to cover more local football. El Cierre Digital gave him the opportunity to continue writing sports stories.
