Born in Jerez de la Frontera (1969), they developed a passion for journalism at a young age due to their love for writing and communication. They began their career at Onda Jerez Radio Televisión, where they joined the sports editorial team and presented the local news. Their journalistic drive also led them to work in the sports section of Diario de Jerez and become the main representative of Don Balón magazine in Andalusia for the last 25 years of the publication.
They then moved to the editorial team at Cope with the prestigious team of José María García, before joining Diario Marca, bringing them to Madrid to work for the leading sports newspaper. They began in the closing team and quickly rose through the ranks to the football section, traveling with the Spanish National Team and overseeing matters related to the Royal Spanish Football Federation. They also covered the 2002 World Cup in Korea and Japan.
After returning from the World Cup, they were appointed by Marca as the Director of Estadio Deportivo, a newspaper within the same group. After leaving their mark on the Seville-based newspaper, they worked with Interviú and the sports team at TVE, contributing to the Club de Fútbol program (Estudio Estadio). They were then hired by José María del Nido to create the official media channels for Sevilla FC, including Revista Football Club and Periódico SFC. During their time at Sevilla FC, they experienced the club's greatest success, including winning the first European titles (UEFA Europa League, Copa del Rey, Supercopa de España), and being named the best club in the world for two years by the IFFHS.
After leaving Sevilla FC, they founded Number 1 Sport, a digital platform focused on the world of sports, where they serve as CEO and Editor. They also advise various football players and companies on communication and are the Community Manager for former goalkeeper and captain of Real Sociedad and the Spanish National Team, Luis Arconada. With nearly 30 years of experience in media outlets like Marca, Don Balón magazine, Cope, Interviú, Sevilla FC, and since January 2022, El Cierre Digital, working alongside Juan Luis Galiacho.
