In this context of celebrations, Prince Albert wanted to show his daily routine. "To keep myself in shape, one of the first things I do in the morning is a bit of stretching," he explained. Additionally, when time allows, he enjoys swimming a few laps in the pool between his commitments.
Beyond his schedule, Albert highlighted that his true source of energy comes from his home.
